Anything like this and with dnf10 is pricy. These are $35.00 for a months worth. I have not taken the whole months I can not give a weightless report. I think it mostly quiets the noise in my head to eat for any reason. I am going to take it med morning to try to curb snack cravings at night time, that will reduce my calorie intake a lot and create some weight loss. It is very nice not thinking about food all day long, so in regards to that this supplement is working. I have had no negative side effects from this supplement at all. I think the product will build on itself and appetite will be even more controlled as time goes by, If I lose weight it will be worth it.
